This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to product returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through the Topshelf online store.

By placing an order with Topshelf, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • All tags and labels remain attached

  • The item is in resalable condition

Topshelf reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns unless otherwise stated.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with resolving the issue, we may request:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product showing the fault or damage

If the issue is verified, Topshelf may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit

Where applicable, Topshelf will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons.

These items may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal care items

  • Undergarments or swimwear (unless faulty)

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Gift cards

Any items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return unless faulty.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must first contact our support team.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Returned items must be sent to the address provided in the return instructions. Topshelf is not responsible for returns sent without prior approval.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Topshelf cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

5. Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

6. Exchanges

At this time, Topshelf does not offer direct exchanges through the online store.

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
